- Core objective is to grow company sales revenue and profit.
- Define the company’s sales growth plan.
- Coordinate and execute growth programs.
- Optimize the revenue funnel.
- Work with a cross-functional team, especially Supply Chain, to execute the growth plan.
- Responsible for prioritizing growth initiatives and product changes. Ideas for initiatives to create growth originate in virtually all functions in the organization.
- Report marketing data and analytics to superior weekly.
- Provide customer insight by blending data with a deep understanding of user needs, habits, and perceptions developed through targeted interviews, usability studies, and customer feedback.
- Manage payment collections from customers in accordance with the company terms and procedures.
- Perform any other duties that may be assigned by your superior or the Management from time to time as deemed necessary.
- Possess at least SPM, Diploma, or Degree in any field.
- Enjoy meeting with people, result-oriented, able to multitask, and a team player.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
- High reliability, dependability & attention to detail.
- Team player and can work independently.
- Passionate, hardworking, with polite and persuasive communication skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to completing tasks and objectives.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in a related field is required.
- Possess own transport.
- Willing to work 5.5 days a week (Alternate Saturday Off).
- Supportive Management.
- Training Provided (In House / External).
