ACCOUNT / FINANCE EXECUTIVE (PLASTIC INJECTION MOULDING)

Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Account Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of full set accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, costing, and financial analysis. This role will involve preparing month-end closings and costing analysis ensuring the financial health of our organization. Key Responsibilities: 1. Accounts Receivable (AR) Management:

1. Process and manage invoices.
2. Track payments and ensure timely collection.
3. Reconcile AR accounts and resolve discrepancies.

2. Costing:

1. Analyze production costs and prepare cost and variance analysis.
2. Monitor and control manufacturing costs.
3. Assist in the development of cost standards and budgets.

3. Financial Analysis:

1. Prepare financial statements and reports.
2. Conduct variance analysis to compare actual performance against budgets.
3. Assist in financial forecasting and budgeting processes.

4. Bank Payments:

1. Process bank transactions and payments.
2. Reconcile bank statements.
3. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.

5. Intercompany Reconciliation Required Skills:

• Accounting Software Proficiency: Familiarity with software like SAP, QuickBooks, K3, or similar systems.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze financial data and generate meaningful insights.
• Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in financial records and reports.
• Communication Skills: Effectively communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Time Management: Manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Manufacturing Experience: Preferred but not mandatory.
