Site Supervisor (Electrical)(PW4 & BO)

About the role We are seeking an experienced and skilled Site Supervisor to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. As a Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This is a full-time position that will require you to be on-site, managing a team of skilled tradespeople. What you'll be doing

1. Coordinating and supervising the work of construction teams
2. Ensuring all work is completed in accordance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations
3. Monitoring progress and quality of work, and taking corrective action as necessary
4. Communicating regularly with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to provide updates and address any issues
5. Maintaining accurate records of project progress, including timesheets, equipment usage, and any incidents or delays
6. Identifying and addressing any potential safety hazards, and ensuring all workers follow proper safety protocols
7. Providing guidance and mentorship to junior members of the construction team

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 10 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar construction management role
2. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment, as well as relevant building codes and regulations
3. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
4. Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and technical drawings
5. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team
6. Proficient in using construction management software and digital tools
7. Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
