About the Role As the General Manager, you will:- Drive growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities in both traditional and emerging markets across Australasia.
- Optimize resources and processes to ensure efficiency, profitability, and seamless project execution.
- Build and foster relationships with key clients, suppliers, and industry stakeholders to strengthen the division's reputation and expand market reach.
- Develop and implement strategies to continuously improve operational performance and maintain a competitive edge.
- Lead and oversee a team of 100+ professionals and tradespeople, ensuring operations are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.

- Proven experience managing large teams and complex operations, ideally in industrial services or engineering.
