CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE (Property / Building Management) - 1 year Contract
We are seeking a Customer Service Executive to join our team and play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our real estate business by providing excellent customer service to prospects, tenants, and partners.Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain positive relationships with tenants and partners, address their concerns and complaints, and provide assistance through App, email, or phone when needed.
- Mediate disputes between tenants and address any issues related to tenant behaviour or compliance with lease agreements.
- Coordinate with contractors, partners, and tenants to ensure maintenance and repair requests are addressed in a timely manner.
- Assist in ensuring rental payments, utility bills, late fees, and other charges are collected.
Skills and Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent skills in problem-solving, multitasking, and stress management.
- Customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for creating positive experiences for tenants and helping others.
- At least 3 years of experience in providing hotel industry/service-oriented or any related field preferred. Training will be provided.
- Knowledge or interest in property management business is a plus.
- Self-motivated and energetic.
- Able to work rotation shifts, Sundays, and Public Holidays.
