Bhd., you will be responsible for overseeing the performance and operations of multiple retail stores across Malaysia. This is a full-time position that will allow you to play a strategic role in driving the company's growth and success. What you'll be doing

• Manage and coach a team of store managers to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets
• Conduct regular store visits to monitor performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions
• Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to drive footfall and increase revenue
• Oversee the implementation of visual merchandising and in-store displays to enhance the customer experience
• Collaborate with the central team to ensure seamless inventory management and efficient supply chain processes
• Analyse sales data and customer insights to inform decision-making and implement data-driven initiatives
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
• Foster a positive work environment and support the professional development of your team

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in the apparel or fashion industry
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a customer-centric mindset
• Proficient in data analysis and interpreting sales and performance metrics
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and operational efficiency
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels
• Familiarity with retail technology, inventory management, and visual merchandising best practices
• Adaptable and resourceful, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
