Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for assigned telco accounts.
  • Build strong relationships with telco partners.
  • Align on product roadmap and execution strategy quarterly.

Forecast & Stock Management:

  • Monitor daily sell-out performance.
  • Plan weekly sell-in/sell-through.
  • Collaborate with logistics to ensure timely shipments.
  • Ensure key outlets have adequate stock.
  • Update partners weekly on sales performance.
  • Plan joint sales activities and promotions.
  • Negotiate for new product listings and favorable plans.
  • Manage finances, including ROI and funding support.

Market Insight:

  • Compile competitor information and market feedback.
  • Analyze data to identify and grow opportunities.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, with experience in the mobile phone or consumer electronics industry. Experience: Minimum of 5 years in telco account management .

Skills:

  • Ability to multitask and manage several responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail .
  • Interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Excellent listening , negotiation , and presentation abilities .
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills .
