The company operates a large facility with a skilled workforce dedicated to maintaining industry standards and excellence. Your new role Your primary responsibility will be as follows:

• Develop and maintain an Information Security Management System (ISMS) framework, ensuring compliance with standards like ISO 27001 and integration with aviation safety requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments, implement control measures, maintain ISMS documentation, and ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
• Develop and deliver security awareness training programs for employees to promote a security-conscious culture.
• Manage incident response plans, investigate security incidents, monitor security controls, and report on ISMS performance using metrics and KPIs.
• Work with IT and other departments to integrate ISMS practices, manage third-party vendor compliance, and continuously enhance ISMS by staying updated on industry trends and best practices.

What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you must be:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in IT and cybersecurity roles.
• Relevant certifications such as ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, CISSP, or CISM.
• Proven experience in implementing ISMS and security frameworks.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
