Now, everyone can experience the impact industry, get data to give effectively, and bring more fulfillment and purpose to life. We are creating a social map of Malaysia that will extensively communicate the social issues the nation is facing. In tandem with this data, social causes, initiatives, and real-life stories will be visually mapped out geographically to provide a clear landscape of change makers in the country. - We launched in August 2020 and have since generated 900+ articles, 11 whitepapers, 9 researched districts, and 5 data maps.
- Organically reached 27k followers on Instagram in two years (no paid ads).
- We regularly reach 20,000+ unique users per month on our website.
- During the #BenderaPutih and #DaruratBanjir movement, our pages and platforms were at the forefront providing collaboration and information on how Malaysians can help.

- Provide strategic advice for social media content according to our vision and communication goals.
- Research, discuss, and curate (images, videos, scripting, designing, editing) content accordingly for social media.
- Create, publish, and share content per week that builds meaningful engagement and increases Wiki Impact brand awareness.
- Instagram: 5-6 posts per week (including reels).
- Publish content that is trending within 24 hours of the news piece.
- Perform independent research, discuss, and curate (images, videos, scripting, designing, editing) content accordingly for social media, including:
- Informative posts with a face-front approach (highlighting people's stories backed up with data).
- Reel/UGC ideas.
- Short video ideas.
- Education/awareness on social issues in Malaysia.
- Positive and inspirational content (stories, infographics, success stories, etc.).
- Any new content slots ideas.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and strategies as well as happenings in the impact industry.
- Ensure continuous and sufficient supply of content according to the social media calendar.
- Engage with the relevant community on a daily basis.
- Capture and analyze the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and social media best practices to measure the success of every post and campaign.
- Based in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.
- Have basic technical skills to execute social media ideas.
- Familiar with Instagram (reels), TikTok, LinkedIn.
- Proficient in photo editing software (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
- Optional: Video editing software (e.g., Capcut, Final Cut Pro, iMovie).
- Fluent in English (BM optional, but preferable).
- You enjoy creating social media posts and reels effortlessly.
- You are a grammar-nazi (fluent and proficient in English).
