We are looking to hire a full-time motivated individual to join our network team for the below position: Job Title: Infrastructure Engineer Job Summary The Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for managing and monitoring MY Evolution’s IT infrastructure, including hardware, storage/backup, virtualization. This role ensures the stability, security, and efficiency of the infrastructure, supporting both day-to-day operations and strategic growth initiatives like IoT connectivity. The engineer will also lead disaster recovery planning, security patching, and automation. Key Responsibilities
- Core Infrastructure Management
- Manage virtualization platforms (Xen Citrix, AWS) and associated technologies such as array storage with LUN and multipathing.
- Administer hardware including Dell infrastructure (EMC, SAN), Synology (SAN/NAS), and network switches.
- Application Management
- Perform VM management, including backups, snapshots, and lifecycle tasks.
- Implement and maintain automation tools for configuration management.
- Ensure infrastructure is secure by performing regular patching, updates, and monitoring.
- Storage and Backup
- Plan, coordinate, and implement changes to SAN/NAS and related systems.
- Diagnose storage/backup issues, providing root cause analysis and resolution.
- Manage data replication, snapshot technologies, LTO, and infrastructure security.
- Disaster Recovery
- Develop, implement, and test Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP) as scheduled.
- Analyze storage workloads and pools, ensuring alignment with business needs and policies.
- Technical Support and Maintenance
- Provide technical support for planning and coordinating infrastructure releases, upgrades, or changes.
- Monitor infrastructure performance, addressing issues to meet SLA targets.
- Maintain compliance with security and operational standards.
- Collaboration and Documentation
- Work closely with network engineers, system engineers, and other technical teams to support operational needs.
- Document configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures for infrastructure systems.
- Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent formal education and experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, particularly cloud and storage administration.
- Technical Skills
- Expertise in virtualization platforms like Xen Citrix and AWS.
- Strong knowledge of SAN/NAS hardware and software, particularly Dell and Synology products and LTO.
- Proficiency in RHEL Linux (e.g., PVS/LVS) and VM management.
- Experience with data replication, snapshot technologies, and backup strategies.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with high availability infrastructure or connectivity solutions.
- Knowledge of edge computing and distributed systems.
- Certifications in relevant areas (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, RHCE, or VMware Certified Professional).
