ARCHITECTURE SUPERVISOR

Are you passionate about shaping innovative architectural projects? We’re looking for an Architecture Supervisor to join our project construction team and help bring our vision to life. In this role, you’ll play a key part in overseeing the construction process, ensuring that everything aligns with the approved architectural plans and specifications. What you'll do:

1. Identify and escalate any technical issues to the Project Manager for prompt resolution.
2. Create and submit comprehensive daily site reports to the client representative.
3. Oversee the use and supply of materials on site to minimize waste and optimize resources.
4. Monitor and maintain plants and machinery, ensuring they are used responsibly and effectively.
5. Quickly report any deviations from established procedures and safety regulations, taking corrective action as needed.
6. Ensure that all non-conformances are addressed promptly and that detailed records are maintained.

1. Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil), Building, or a related field.
2. Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
3. At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
4. Fluent in Mandarin. You will need to communicate with Mandarin speaking parties to complete daily tasks.
5. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
6. Experience in site planning and supervision, especially in high-rise architectural projects, will make your application stand out.
