Responsibilities:

1. Ensure effective governance and transparency of purchasing systems and processes with proper Procurement Plan (Vendor follow-ups and recovery plan).
2. Review and direct Logistics and Manufacturing Operations to abide by laws and procedures instituted by Government and local regulatory agencies - Jabatan Kastam, MIDA (Malaysian Industrial Development Authority).
3. Execute Marketing Sales Excellence Program (MSEP) and Rental Operation Excellence Program (ROE) which includes Sales Support, Digital Marketing and Sales Execution, Funnel Execution, Sales Coverage, and Customer Success.
4. Capture all opportunities in Saleslink and update the progress on a timely basis. The report shall be shared with all the Segment Heads on a monthly basis to review the progress.
5. Manage customer complaints and feedback, acting as the connection between Customer Care/TSP, Customer (QAR/NCR), and E&T, ensuring complaints are resolved in the shortest time possible. Tracking and monitoring should continue until the Close Out Stage through Status Log.
6. Coordinate with Technical Supervisor and review vendor inspection procedures/inconsistencies, ensuring all required documentation is complied with and completed as stipulated in the Quality Control Procedure.
7. Assist and participate in vendor and customer audits and surveillance.
8. Negotiate with Caterpillar for special pricing assistance and Marketing Cooperation allocation together with Head – Business Operations, E&T as necessary.
9. Maintain cordial working relationships with Caterpillar, suppliers, and inter-departmental peers and subordinates.
