We combine augmented reality, 3D scanning, and cloud computing to empower producers and clinicians on three continents. We are looking for an experienced Growth Hacker to join our team! Our Growth Hacker is a strong communicator who loves to solve problems together while being part of a transparent, diverse, hardworking and supportive family. As a Growth Hacker, you will be responsible for delivering the best experience to both internal and external stakeholders, which makes your role extremely important for our success as we continue to digitize and empower the industry. What you will be working on:
- Developing and executing online and offline campaigns, including gamification, digital marketing, brand partnerships, on-ground activation etc. to drive traffic to digital channels
- Identifying, developing and optimising growth channels to drive revenues growth
- Experimenting with different marketing ideas/channels, familiarity with A/B testing
- Analysing marketing data and user feedback (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
- Proposing new initiatives to attract prospects and convert leads as well as testing new approaches to capture existing demand
- Providing inputs and expertise to drive efficacy of marketing activities (content development and optimization, advertising etc.)
- Planning and executing initiatives to reach the target audience through different growth channels
- Exchanging ideas/data/feedback with other departments (Product, Sales, Top Management) in order to present results and make the product more user-centric.
- Designing creative, yet effective digital and viral marketing campaigns that scale easily.
- Gathering input, developing and owning the marketing plan/strategy for the business.
