Responsibilities:

  1. Provide excellent services and establish long-term business relationships with existing customers.
  2. Ensure close follow-up with customers to close the sales deal.
  3. Provide support and after-sales service to customers, including problem resolution, consultancy, attending to inquiries, complaints, and orders through regular visits to maintain a good relationship.
  4. Prepare action plans for effective search of new and prospective customers.
  5. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
  6. Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including websites, social media, and email campaigns.
  7. Assist in developing marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and case studies.
  8. Maintain and enhance the company’s brand image and reputation.
  9. Conduct effective presentations, develop the best proposals, and negotiate pricing with customers.
  10. Assist in planning sales strategies to achieve the annual business plan.
  11. Identify new markets and business opportunities.
  12. Perform site visits as needed.
  13. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  14. Provide insights and recommendations to the product development team based on market needs and client feedback.
  15. Track and report on sales performance, including key metrics such as revenue, client acquisition, and retention rates.
  16. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  17. Continuously evaluate sales processes and strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  18. Plan and execute promotional events in the physical store, such as special sales, product launches, and exhibitions.
  19. Undertake ad-hoc projects as assigned by management.
  20. Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  1. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  2. 2 – 3 years’ experience in the FMCG field.
  3. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Proficiency in marketing tools & software and social media platforms.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  7. Ability to travel outstation and overseas.
