Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent services and establish long-term business relationships with existing customers.
- Ensure close follow-up with customers to close the sales deal.
- Provide support and after-sales service to customers, including problem resolution, consultancy, attending to inquiries, complaints, and orders through regular visits to maintain a good relationship.
- Prepare action plans for effective search of new and prospective customers.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
- Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including websites, social media, and email campaigns.
- Assist in developing marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and case studies.
- Maintain and enhance the company’s brand image and reputation.
- Conduct effective presentations, develop the best proposals, and negotiate pricing with customers.
- Assist in planning sales strategies to achieve the annual business plan.
- Identify new markets and business opportunities.
- Perform site visits as needed.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the product development team based on market needs and client feedback.
- Track and report on sales performance, including key metrics such as revenue, client acquisition, and retention rates.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Continuously evaluate sales processes and strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Plan and execute promotional events in the physical store, such as special sales, product launches, and exhibitions.
- Undertake ad-hoc projects as assigned by management.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2 – 3 years’ experience in the FMCG field.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in marketing tools & software and social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel outstation and overseas.
