A Great Leadership Opportunity in Malaysia Awaits You We are looking for a Deputy Head of International Primary (KS1 & EYFS) who will join the Senior Leadership Team of the campus to help us guide the school and work with our colleagues to take us to the next level.   1. Empower teachers to focus on the quality of learning in the school working with SLT for progress towards the 9 criteria ISP Learning Improvement Process.
  2. Lead, inspire and develop middle leaders, teachers, and administrative staff in the secondary school.
  3. To contribute to a focus on the four key areas of the Secondary School – Learning, Experiences, Community and Futures – aligning with the ISP vision of ‘Schools of Choice’.
  4. Model and contribute to the effective articulation of the story of the secondary school with focus on the principal area of responsibility.
  5. Support the Head of Primary in the growth and success of the secondary school against its KPIs.
  6. To work with and contribute to the wider group and articulate the benefits.
  7. Develop effective relationships based on a culture of partnership.
  8. Has the Leadership Qualification such as NPQH, Masters or NPQSL (Desirable).

The Package This is a two-year contract with an option to renew at the end. Benefits include:
