- Lead, inspire and develop middle leaders, teachers, and administrative staff in the secondary school.
- To contribute to a focus on the four key areas of the Secondary School – Learning, Experiences, Community and Futures – aligning with the ISP vision of ‘Schools of Choice’.
- Model and contribute to the effective articulation of the story of the secondary school with focus on the principal area of responsibility.
- Support the Head of Primary in the growth and success of the secondary school against its KPIs.
- To work with and contribute to the wider group and articulate the benefits.
- Develop effective relationships based on a culture of partnership.
- Has the Leadership Qualification such as NPQH, Masters or NPQSL (Desirable).
