ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE/SENIOR EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
• Assist with the preparation of management reports and financial analysis to support business decisions.
• Handle full set of accounts.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations and effective communication.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in accordance with company policies and accounting principles.
• Handle ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting tasks as required by management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Experience with accounting software and excellent Excel skills.
• Candidate fluent in Mandarin preferred as a role requires candidate to deal with China Subsidiary Company.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive and solutions-oriented approach to accounting challenges.
