The main task of the interpreter is handling professional calls (e.g insurance, legal, utilities, etc.) on-demand and acting as a language mediator between English-speaking and Mandarin/Cantonese-speaking persons. This role involves complex and technical subjects in Healthcare, Government, Insurance, Finance, Utilities, Travel and Hospitality, 911 emergency services, Law Enforcement, Courts, and General Business. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Convey proper and accurate meaning from the source with proper clarity, tone, syntax, and grammar for both English and Mandarin/Cantonese.
- Interpret with the highest degree of accuracy and completeness in consecutive, simultaneous, and sight translation modes.
- Basic salary RM4,800 up to RM9,600
- Work from Home/ Remote work (Based in Malaysia/ Indonesia/ Philippines/ Vietnam/ Cambodia)
- Headset & electronic writing pad would be provided (WFH setups)
- EPF, SOCSO, Medical, and Annual Leave where applicable
- Incentives-based Performance up to RM3,000
