I.T. Support Specialist- Binondo

Responsibilities

1. Process procurement, configuration and deployment of I.T. Hardware
2. Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues and failures
3. Maintain and repair all IT equipment e.g. desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, scanners, UPS, handheld scanners, etc.
4. Maintain and repair wired and wireless devices, servers, storage
5. Provide technical support for hardware and software related issues, requests
6. Perform on-site and remote diagnosis, analysis, and resolution of IT-related problems
7. Setup and maintain backup system for office desktop computers
8. Setup and configure Microsoft Accounts, Emails and License Distribution
9. Install required software needed by the users
10. Ensure the anti-virus software is installed, properly configured, regularly updated and working properly on all PC and server stations
11. Ensure security of the data and maintain data confidentiality
12. Manage Windows Desktop Policies and Security
13. Manage Windows Desktop and Server Vulnerabilities and Patches
14. Lead projects relating to process digitalization
15. Support company initiatives on Hybrid Work Arrangements and Business Continuity
16. Recommend and implement program strategies and corrective solutions to problems
17. Document IT processes and procedures

1. Ability to work on his own initiative
2. Demonstrate problem-solving strategies and practical knowledge
3. Be able to coach and train IT support staff
4. Must possess good communication skills
5. Good inter-personal skills and must be a team player
6. Must have strong ethical values
