Senior Ops Exec (Woodlands/Tuas) @ $3000-$3300

P-Serv is hiring a Team Lead for our project. The role of the Team Lead is to manage ground operations, team management, and deployment matters. The role is required to run on a 12-hour shift. Responsibilities: To lead and manage the team on the ground , including overseeing and tracking all day-to-day project activities . To be accountable for the deployment/re-deployments of staff to cope with any sudden/significant operational needs. To formulate and keep updated an extensive Business Continuity Plan to handle emergency situations. Acting as the single point of contact in coordination and consultation with stakeholders. To ensure all staff deployed under this Contract adhere to the SOPs, guidelines, directives, and/or requirements stipulated by the Authority at all times. To investigate all complaints and feedback received and provide a Corrective Actions Plan prior to the closure of the investigation. Propose changes to the SOPs to reflect and address the changing operational requirements. Conduct independent checks on all the financial records and review the adequacy of control. Conduct training for the team to ensure that they are adhering to the SOPs at all times. Attend all monthly progress meetings and be responsible for recording the minutes of all meetings conducted. Conduct monthly audit checks on the Project Management Team at all locations to ensure they are well-versed in the stipulated SOPs & requirements. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned. Pre-requisites: Min. 2 years of Supervisory experience. Comfortable in performing 12-hour shifts for ground work and operations. A good team player with a cheerful personality and a positive attitude. Meticulous with details, good communication, and interpersonal skills. Able to multitask and handle a high volume of work.
