Senior Technical Officer (Facilities Management) Job Description: Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Site and reporting to FM Supervise all the facilities’ management and operational activities Prepare quotations, conduct evaluation for all services, provide recommendation reports Manage internal and external stakeholders, including tenants, contractors, and users Oversee assigned alteration and addition (A&A) projects and minor repair works Standby for events if required Requirements: Minimum Diploma in engineering / facilities management Minimum 3 years of relevant experience Singaporean or Singapore PR preferred At Surbana Jurong, we put talent, hard work, teamwork and a fun workplace together to approach problems and solve them creatively and collaboratively.
