Bridge Design Engineer - Sandyford, Dublin Office/Project Location: Sandyford, Dublin Employment Type: Permanent Work Location: Office Based / Hybrid Pay: Competitive Experience: 5+ years Visa: EU passport or Stamp 4 visa required Our client is an award-winning international engineering consultancy, currently undergoing rapid growth. Provide specialist and technically demanding input to bridge and multidisciplinary civil engineering projects Work with a dynamic, talented team on an exciting range of bridgeworks projects Develop your skills to the highest industry standards Work closely with new and existing clients Support our bid team Advance your career under the guidance of our senior management team Requirements With 5+ post qualification experience A minimum of a Level 8 honours degree in civil/structural engineering Fluent or highly proficient in spoken and written English Flexible, motivated and focused Strong technical knowledge and engineering skills Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce quality design outputs Desirable Proficiency in bridge modelling and design software Experience of bridge design, assessment and inspection Working knowledge of Eurocodes in the field of bridge design Excellent numerical and analytical skills Experience of working in a multidisciplinary environment with tight deadlines Chartered engineer or working towards chartered status with a recognised professional body Package Competitive Salary based experience, negotiable for the right candidates.
