Responsibilities Lead and grow his/her portfolio of accounts through strong engagement with key decision makers by promoting New Bridge’s services to the target customer base. Have a strong understanding of the Singapore Migration & Education system or trends and the business needs of the clients, thus being able to coordinate across functional teams within New Bridge to bring the right winning team to drive successful solutions and contract closure. Establish new prospects from China. Meet sales quota through identifying and gaining business from new and existing clients and ensuring customer satisfaction through the services provided by New Bridge. Manage and coordinate contract terms and conditions internally and externally. Manage and build relationships at all levels with the designated clients that he/she oversees. Develop value propositions and negotiate successfully to close deals. Develop a good understanding of the company’s services to coordinate pre-sales requirements. Drive profitable wins focused on New Bridge’s core capabilities and growth strategy. Coordinate and partner across functional teams and get orders provisioned to meet the customers' service expectations. Provide one-stop experience to customers regarding all New Bridge’s services. The successful candidate will be responsible for advising on Singapore immigration regulations, procedures, and policy, in addition to managing the visa applications for a portfolio of clients. Identify key issues which may impact immigration formalities. Any other work assigned. The ideal candidate should have/be: Bachelor’s Degree. More than 10 years of experience in sales. Good network with experience working in China would be an added advantage. Willing to travel to China. Proven experience in consulting sales would be an added advantage. Knowledge of commercial arrangements. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
