RESPONSIBILITIES: Design and Develop Leadership Framework: Lead the conceptualization and co-creation of a comprehensive leadership developmental framework that caters to young leaders. Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Unions, the Ong Teng Cheong Labour Leadership Institute (OTCi), Workforce Limbs, and Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs), to ensure the framework is holistic, future-proof, and aligned with leadership needs. Stakeholder Engagement and Partnership Building: Identify and engage key internal and external stakeholders (corporate, community, and educational partners) to support and enhance Young NTUC's leadership programmes. Programme Management and Coordination: Oversee day-to-day management of leadership development programmes, ensuring smooth execution of initiatives. Organize monthly leadership meetings, workshops, or training sessions, ensuring they run efficiently. Track and evaluate the outcomes of leadership initiatives using data-driven methods and provide insights to improve programme effectiveness. REQUIREMENTS: Degree holder in any discipline with at least 2 years of work experience Possess project and resource management skills to handle concurrent work assignments and deliver high quality work within tight deadlines.
