Project Executive Working Hours: Monday-Friday (9.00 am - 6.00 pm) Working Location: Bartley Salary: $2500-$3000 + Commission Requirements Professional Certificate/Diploma/BS/BA or a related field of study 3-4 years of experience in account management, preferably in interior design / creative-led industry Must be able to read and edit AutoCAD, SketchUp and other design software; site work is required. Responsibilities Assist Project Director in managing the accounts of creative-led projects. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring that their needs are met and their questions are answered in a timely manner. Develop project plans and timelines, ensuring that all project milestones are met on time and on budget. Coordinate with other departments, such as design and production, to ensure that all project elements are delivered on time and to the client's satisfaction. Prepare and present project status reports to the client and internal stakeholders. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients. Ensure that all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Conduct research on the latest industry trends and best practices to ensure that our company remains competitive and innovative. #J-18808-Ljbffr
