What you will be working on (training will be provided): Assist Senior Manager in the development and implementation of clinic policies and processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for workflow improvements, increasing operational efficiency and streamlining clinic processes. Support project management and execution including assisting the management to monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to management. Transportation of supplies, equipment, and necessary inventory between clinic locations. You are also required to provide backup support to front counter staff, stepping in as needed for tasks such as: Patient registration, answering phone and email inquiries. Scheduling patient appointments. Preparing and dispensing medications. Assisting in inventory and perform stock take. Processing insurance claims, including corporate insurance, applying for letters of guarantee, and pre-authorization.
