Position: Senior Laboratory Analyst Work Location: Jurong Island (Company transport provided near Jurong East MRT) Work hours: 8 am to 4.30 pm (Mon-Fri) Salary range: $2800 - $3200 + $200 (site allowance) The Senior Lab Analyst is part of the pioneer team in the startup of EVAL production line, assisting the Chemist in the setup of QC Laboratory at the new EVAL site, including training of Laboratory Analysts, and establishing and managing the laboratory system to achieve safe and stable commissioning and startup of the new plant. Requirements: Diploma in Chemical Process Technology or a Science-related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in an analytical laboratory environment. Hands-on experience with GC, ICP, Titration, and polymer testing equipment. Hands-on experience with equipment calibration and reagent preparation. Responsibilities: Perform raw material, intermediate, and final product quality analysis. Interpret and report test results accurately and timely based on test methods. Support troubleshooting of technical issues pertaining to equipment and analysis. Support the establishment and maintenance of lab systems and equipment validation and calibration. Maintain quality documents and develop quality procedures. Provide training to Laboratory Analysts and Process Technicians in analysis instrument procedures. Manage and maintain chemicals, reagents, and consumables. Support the procurement process and upkeep of inventory. Implement and improve analytical and equipment work processes. Participate in safety and quality improvement activities. Perform other tasks as assigned by the Superior. #J-18808-Ljbffr
