Business Development Manager [Valve / Up to $8k Basic]

[Order Number: 818437] Responsibilities: Drive sales & marketing strategies for valves & instrumentation measurement products. Source new business leads to expand our customer base. Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key customers. Handle MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) and allocated projects effectively. Visit potential customers to identify and pursue business opportunities. Market the company’s capabilities to new and existing clients. Lead and oversee the sales and marketing team to achieve predetermined annual sales targets. Uphold and enhance the company’s brand through advanced communication, interpersonal skills, and team collaboration. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned. Requirements: 3 years of experience in handling Control Valves (and instruments products) in the Oil & Gas and/or Petrochemical. Willing to visit local customers in person often. Having own car. Well versed with the Singapore customer base and market, especially the ones in Jurong island. Solid technical knowledge of valves, instrumentation, and measurement systems. Experience in handling customers in the Pharmaceutical industry is an added advantage. Proficiency in Chinese to communicate with Chinese speaking customers.
