Operational Oversight: • Manage daily operations, monitor KPIs to drive operational excellence, and ensure smooth and efficient processes. Warehouse Operations: • Oversee daily warehouse activities, maintaining accurate inventory management and optimizing space utilization. • Drive enhancements in packing operations and order fulfilment to improve efficiency and accuracy. Procurement: • Manage sourcing and procurement of materials to ensure timely, cost- effective supply and meet inventory requirements. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure quality, reliability, and cost efficiency. Team Leadership: • Lead and develop the operations team to foster high morale, performance, and operational efficiency. Process Improvement: • Identify and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and refine business processes.
