Our Client Our client is a well-known leader and they are currently looking for a Corporate Counsel to be based in Singapore. Responsibilities include: Provide proactive and preventive legal advice and recommendations, incorporating both legal strategy and knowledge of the business. Liaise with internal global stakeholders in reviewing agreements and terms & conditions for: Global direct procurement including high-value contract manufacturing agreements. Collaborating with the business in strategizing to deal with global supply chain issues. Lead strategic projects/workstreams being assigned to partner with business stakeholders. Partner with senior management and other internal stakeholders to provide business-oriented actionable solutions. Develop and harmonize scalable processes for contract handling. Improve internal tools and policies to streamline and maximize efficiency, as well as supporting growth and effectively coordinating with the team. Create playbooks and other material to provide customized legal training. To Qualify A recognized degree in Law and be admitted to the Commonwealth Bar. Significant corporate experience with a minimum of 5 - 9 PQE gained in-house or in practice with a reputable law firm. Ability to work well under pressure.
