Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented individual to join our team. This role focuses on growing customer base and driving business growth in the car rental industry. Key responsibilities include finding new business opportunities, building customer relationships, and creating strategies to increase market share and revenue. Key Responsibilities New Business Development: Identify and target new clients, including both corporate and individual consumers. Utilize various platforms for lead generation and brand awareness. Develop strategies to attract new customers and expand market presence. Relationship Management: Foster long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business. Provide personalized rental solutions and product recommendations based on client needs. Sales & Revenue Generation: Achieve and surpass sales targets. Develop and implement promotional strategies and seasonal offers. Negotiate terms and pricing for corporate and long-term rentals. Market Insights: Conduct research on customer needs, industry trends, and competitors. Share insights with the team to identify growth opportunities. Marketing & Brand Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and launch advertising campaigns and promotions. Customer Service & Support: Serve as the primary contact for customers, ensuring a smooth rental experience. Address customer issues and concerns to ensure satisfaction and seamless rentals Qualifications Education: Diploma in any field Experience: Experience not required. Must possess Class 3A driving license (with minimum 1 year experience) Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Ability to build and nurture client relationships. Proficient in MS Office Suite. Knowledge of the car rental industry, fleet management, and market trends is a plus. Able to converse fluently in mandarin Personal Attributes: Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and problem-solving. Results-driven and able to work independently to achieve goals.
