Responsibilities Reports to the Consumer Banking Education Ecosystem Team Lead and interfaces primarily with internal and external business stakeholders in the POSB Smart Buddy School ecosystem Assist and support product manager to drive the business of expanding the POSB Smart Buddy cashless ecosystem to all schools in Singapore To collect, assess and address queries from customers ranging from individual consumers to corporate institutions and schools Collect and analyse business development data and assist the team in formulating insights to grow our Smart Buddy business portfolio. To ideate, create & execute regular marketing campaigns and experiments to enrich our customer journeys and experience. To coordinate and prepare materials and reports for regular business updates with internal & external stakeholders. Requirements University Degree in any relevant field. Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in excel and MS Office suite of products. Ability to work effectively with other business units, across various functions. Ability to think strategically and implement effectively. Able to work under timeline pressures and able to multi-task effectively. Self-motivated team players and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
