The ERP Maintenance Lead is part of the IT / ALM Department reporting to the Chief Information Officer. The candidate should be a self-starter, proactive, and have a hands-on approach to work. Be the lead on ERP maintenance processes and implementation for FPSO projects. Supporting all processes and systems around Maintenance in IFS with special focus on YP, but also support other business units. Lead processes and mini/sub-projects to extend, improve, and update/upgrade IFS maintenance module and connected systems. Key Responsibilities Support maintenance processes and smooth implementation for FPSO projects. Be the main operational contact point for business/ALM’s (Asset Lifecycle Management) towards internal IFS support when it comes to all Asia operations. Implementation of new functions within Maintenance and Supply Chain Management. Sub-project manager for maintenance in upgrade projects. Providing training and knowledge to all end-users. Troubleshooting, documenting, reporting, and following up functional and design-related errors in both IFS application and Yinson configuration. Participating in internal forums within his/her knowledge areas. Requirements Computing or Engineering degree from a recognised university. Deep knowledge of IFS Maintenance module, experience with Novacura flow. Experience in project management and demonstrate strong project manager skills.
