Add expected salary to your profile for insights About the role: As a Change Manager at Nova Systems, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and adoption of organisational changes. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to assess the impact of changes, develop effective change management strategies, and facilitate clear communication to ensure the success of Nova's Oracle ERP Elevate project. Winning the hearts and minds of our people is pivotal to this role so a strong, demonstrable, empathetic people focus / awareness is critical. Designing and implementing a robust change management framework is a key aspect of this role. To achieve this, you will work closely with the Executive and Senior Leadership teams, raising awareness and enhancing the adoption of both current and future strategic changes. Please note: This is a one-year maximum term contract, with a strong likelihood of a one-year extension (1+1). What you will be involved in: Conduct thorough impact assessments to determine the scope and scale of proposed changes Collaborate closely with project teams to understand the nature of changes and identify potential risks Develop comprehensive change management plans that include detailed communication, training, and stakeholder engagement strategies Work with project teams to seamlessly integrate change management activities into overall project plans Identify and engage key stakeholders across all levels of the organisation to ensure their involvement and support Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to secure their buy-in and facilitate smooth implementation of changes Communicate effectively with diverse audiences, tailoring messages to address specific concerns and interests Create clear, concise, and effective communication materials to convey the purpose, benefits, and impacts of changes Coordinate the distribution of communications to ensure all relevant parties are well-informed Monitor feedback from stakeholders and adjust communication strategies as needed to address concerns Oversee the execution of change management plans, ensuring all activities are carried out as planned Proactively identify potential sources of resistance to change and develop strategies to address them Provide coaching and support to individuals and teams experiencing challenges related to change What we would like from you: At least 5 years of experience managing organisational change programs involving ERP or other significant system implementations Certification in a recognised Change Management methodology, with PROSCI certification being highly desirable Demonstrated experience in dealing with problematic system rollouts; the impact on people and how to sustainably recover from this with a strong change lens Proven track record in change management roles, preferably within complex organisational environments, spread across timezones and geographical areas Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Ability to articulate 'change' and all of its technical components to non-technical stakeholders Life at Nova - it all adds up!
