- Daily Tracking of agents' calls and productivity
- Customer feedback across communication tools (SMS, WhatsApp, mobile calls)
- Agents Call Evaluation:
- Monitor agents' calls to ensure calling scripts are followed
- Monitor quality of the calls and call duration
- SMS, WhatsApp for Business & Direct Link Communication:
- Send SMS based on various campaigns using SMS scripts through WhatsApp
- Track the SMS/WhatsApp effectiveness and cost
- Send direct links to defaulting customers
- Tracking of Field Visits and Effectiveness, Liaisoning with External Agency
- Fresh Chats: Handling customer complaints, inquiries, and providing timely resolution of issues
- Skipper Flagging: Independent checking of skipper flagging from PACI and MOI website
- Review and give customer follow-up feedback to supervisors
