Program Manager - Insurance and Reinsurance

This Program Manager position is with a well-established multi-national insurance/reinsurance company with a strong presence in Dublin. Currently going through an expansion with plans of 50+ projects for 2025, your experience as a Program Manager is exactly what they’re looking for. As a Program Manager with this company, you’ll be in charge of managing an expansive 2025 program consisting of 50+ projects, including IT and non-IT related projects. You would build a team of strong Project Managers around you and lead these multi-million euro projects to success. A lot of these projects are Greenfield in nature so you’d get a chance to directly impact the scaling of the company, impacting their business in Ireland and globally. Model of work: The client company has a mandatory office attendance policy of 5 days/week. You will:

• Build a team of strong Project Managers around you
• Lead the team and the company towards the completion of 50+ projects
• Manage a multi-million euro budget

You have:

• 10+ years of experience managing projects and programs
• Experience with multi-million euro budgets
• Experience with managing C-tier stakeholders

Salary / Remuneration: Up to 140,000 (DOE) at the base + 20% bonus, 10% pension, health insurance (full coverage for candidate and dependents), life insurance, and more.
