Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our Product Design Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces and crafting seamless user experiences. This role requires a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Design and optimize user interfaces for web and mobile applications to enhance user satisfaction. Conduct user research, create user personas, and develop user journey maps to inform design decisions. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to implement design solutions. Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve designs iteratively. Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and meet accessibility standards. Stay updated with the latest trends in UI/UX design and best practices. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work, including user flows and prototypes. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Nice-to-Have: Experience in the gaming or rewarded platforms industry. Knowledge of motion graphics or animation tools.
