About the role As a Project Coordinator at SENG & KENG CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD, you will be an integral part of the team responsible for the successful delivery of construction projects in the Jurong East West Region. In this full-time role, you will coordinate various aspects of the construction process to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. What you'll be doing Liaising with project managers, site supervisors and subcontractors to plan and schedule construction activities Coordinating the procurement of materials, equipment and labour to keep projects on track Monitoring project progress and identifying and resolving potential issues or delays Maintaining accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, reports and cost tracking Providing administrative support to the project management team as needed Ensuring compliance with all relevant construction regulations and safety protocols What we're looking for Minimum 2 years' experience in a construction project coordination or administrative support role Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with various stakeholders Proficient in using construction project management software and Microsoft Office suite Familiarity with construction processes, methods and industry regulations Adaptable and able to work well under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment What we offer At SENG & KENG CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
