Job Title: Oenologist - Abu Dhabi, UAE We are looking for a qualified Oenologist to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for the production of wine and other related beverages. The ideal candidate should have experience in the wine production process, as well as knowledge of grape varieties, fermentation techniques, and aging processes. A good sense of taste and smell is essential. Knowledge of food safety regulations is also important. Excellent problem-solving skills and an eye for detail are also beneficial.
