Office Assistant Vacancy in Al-Khor, Qatar

We are in search of a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various administrative and clerical tasks to support the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have previous office experience and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities:
  1. Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department
  2. Greeting visitors and clients in a professional manner
  3. Managing the office calendar and scheduling appointments
  4. Sorting and distributing incoming mail, emails, and faxes
  5. Maintaining office supplies and placing orders as needed
  6. Assisting with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as assigned
  7. Coordinating travel arrangements for employees as required
Requirements:
  1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications is a plus
  2. Previous experience in an office assistant or administrative role
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  4. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  5. Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
