Pediatrician Vacancy in Abu Dhabi

Requirements for the Candidate:

1. Must be board certified/eligible in Pediatrics
2. Must have at least 5 years of experience as a Pediatrician
3. Excellent clinical skills and interpersonal communication skills
4. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
5. Must be able to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of patient care
6. Fluency in Arabic is an asset but not required

Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide comprehensive medical care for newborns, infants, children, adolescents, and young adults; diagnose and treat illnesses, infections, injuries, genetic disorders, growth abnormalities, congenital defects etc.
2. Order laboratory tests and other diagnostic procedures; interpret test results to determine appropriate treatments.
3. Perform routine physical examinations on patients; assess growth and development; provide immunizations.
4. Educate patients and their families about preventive healthcare measures; provide advice on diet, exercise, hygiene etc.
5. Establish treatment plans based on medical diagnosis; monitor progress of treatments regularly; revise treatments as needed.
6. Maintain accurate patient records using electronic health records system; document all relevant information related to patients’ conditions and treatments provided.
