The Catering Supervisor will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of catering services, ensuring that all events and orders meet Eathos high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. This role requires a hands-on leader with excellent organizational and communication skills to manage catering operations and coordinate with cross-functional teams effectively. Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee daily catering operations including food preparation, packaging, and delivery.
  2. Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards across all catering activities.
  3. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure the availability of required supplies.
  4. Supervise, train, and motivate the catering team to deliver exceptional service.
  5. Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  6. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  7. Maintain excellent customer relationships, addressing inquiries, complaints, or concerns promptly.
  8. Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and tailor services to meet their expectations.
  9. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  10. Plan and coordinate catering services for events, ensuring seamless execution.
  11. Collaborate with other departments to manage logistics, staffing, and equipment needs.
  12. Oversee onsite setup and ensure all events are executed as planned.
  13. Implement quality assurance processes to ensure food and service standards are consistently met.
  14. Address any operational issues promptly.
  15. Prepare reports on catering activities, including customer feedback, operational challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  16. Identify trends and propose strategies to enhance service delivery and profitability.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  2. Experience in catering or food service management.
  3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  5. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with catering management software is a plus.
  6. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
  7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
