With stunning resorts located across the globe and exciting expansion planned, Kerzner International currently has a fantastic opportunity for a Connectivity Centre Agent to join our Rooms Division team at One&Only Royal Mirage Resort in Dubai. As part of the Resort’s success, you will be responsible for handling all calls, both internal and external, in an efficient and courteous manner with high personalized service and attention to detail, as per the standards of One&Only. You will project a favorable image of One&Only Royal Mirage to the public via telephonic interactions. Additionally, you will assist in coordinating all guest requests in a timely manner and ensure the proper function of the Connectivity Center as the central communication point of the Resort. The suitable candidate will report directly to the Connectivity Centre Manager. He/She must have at least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the upscale luxury hospitality industry or five-star hotels. A customer service background with strong attention to detail and analytical skills is essential. The candidate must also be able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines, with excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and/or another language. Computer literacy, including relevant software and experience in using an Opera system, is required. Middle East/GCC experience is an advantage.
