Job Summary: The Commercial Consultant in Real Estate (Secondary Market) is responsible for offering expert advice and strategic solutions to clients looking to buy, sell, or invest in properties in the secondary real estate market. This includes residential and commercial properties that are resold rather than newly developed. The role involves conducting market analysis, identifying investment opportunities, and providing recommendations that align with the client's business goals, financial objectives, and market conditions. Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive analysis of the secondary real estate market, including current property values, trends, and sales activity.
- Provide insight into local market conditions, neighborhood dynamics, demand-supply imbalances, and pricing trends in the secondary market.
- Advise clients on potential investment opportunities in the secondary market, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties.
- Help clients navigate the complexities of property valuations, due diligence, and legal processes in secondary market transactions.
- Assist clients in determining the market value of their properties by analyzing comparable sales, market demand, and potential for capital appreciation.
- Suggest optimal pricing strategies for buyers and sellers to ensure competitive positioning in the market.
- Support clients throughout the purchasing or selling process, from preparing offers and counteroffers to closing transactions.
- Advise clients on how to mitigate risk and safeguard investments, particularly in times of market volatility or economic uncertainty.
- Work with the sales team to create property listings, highlight key features, and attract potential buyers through various marketing channels.
