It's your chance to stir up real success - which means you'll be:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners, inspiring investment and collaboration to drive AFH growth.
  • Define the AFH platform strategy for the region by interpreting regional visions, creating local strategies, and leading market commercial and channel discussions.
  • Lead and drive sales and operational performance by embedding capabilities, operational setups, and quality standards, with a focus on troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Guide the implementation of operational and service infrastructure, including logistics, service networks, auditing, and helpline support to enhance market performance.
  • Influence and inspire partners and bottlers to prioritize the Costa AFH platform, ensuring the necessary resources (human and CAPEX) are allocated.
  • Collaborate with Bottlers/Partners on commercial and customer topics, providing best practices and creating win-win solutions for complex situations.
  • Identify growth opportunities, create business cases, and support the development of performance metrics, frameworks, and guidelines to scale and enforce brand standards.
Who you are It's your unique ingredients we're interested in:
  • Strong Out of Home (AfH) market knowledge with experience in commercial strategy, customer insights, and category management.
  • Proven ability to manage P&L, drive profitable sales, and performance management through effective sales strategy and negotiation.
  • Skilled in marketing, campaign management, and translating insights into actionable strategies and engaging presentations.
  • Stakeholder management expertise, capable of balancing customer, shareholder, and team needs to secure the best outcomes.
  • Self-directed, adaptable to ambiguity, with a strong ability to think holistically and apply insights from external markets to drive change.
  • Commercial understanding, knowledge of the AfH market, ideally Coffee Market.
