The Villa Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the Villa Butler's operations, as well as on-the-job training. Makes himself/herself present on the floor and in constant communication between butlers and other departments. Ensures cleanliness and tidiness of the guests' villas, corridors, and back of house. The Villa Supervisor coordinates that extremely personalized service is being extended from the Villa Butlers to every single guest. Maintains a high level of organization and management within the department. Our first impression on guests is often the significant one. Professional Knowledge
- Helps and assists all the guests in a friendly and educated manner.
- Shows amazing skills in anticipating guests' needs and unrivaled attention to detail.
- Conducts daily briefings with his/her team.
- Takes care of Villa assignments, optimizing Villa inventory and guest requests/preferences.
- Supervises and monitors the daily Butler service operation and activities to ensure proper standards and products are delivered with the Bulgari service standards.
- Coordinates with the Villa Manager to contact guests on a daily basis to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Ensures uncompromising levels of cleanliness and maintenance of the workplace through own responsibility.
- Manages any guest complaint in a professional manner, by owning it, resolving it to the guest's satisfaction and recording it.
- Makes the Villa Manager aware of every complaint that arises within the villas after handling and resolving.
- Makes sure Butlers inspect all villas prior to guests' arrival to ensure all preferences are met and amenities are in place and in good condition.
- Builds a thorough rapport with guests and maintains interaction to facilitate guest recognition, obtaining specific individual needs, likes, and dislikes in order to maintain guest history files.
- Ensures that Bulgari Brand Standards and Signature Services are followed.
- Ensures proper use of telephone etiquette as per Forbes-LQA standards.
- Ensures all expected arrival Villas are checked and in order according to Bulgari standards and guests' preferences.
- Promotes and cross-sells all outlets within the resort.
- Abides by all policies and procedures as provided in the butler services SOP manual as well as the hotel & company policies and procedures at all times.
- Has working knowledge of the hotel operating system (OPERA) and point of sale (Micros).
- Has full understanding & knowledge of all villa services, amenities, functions & systems.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience. Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
