Bachelor of Laws (LLB)(Law), Master of Laws (LLM)(Law)Nationality: Any Arab National, Any GCC National, Any European National, Any Anglophone NationalVacancy: 1 VacancyJob DescriptionPosition Overview: The Legal Associate will work closely with the General Counsel, MEET, to provide legal support, assist with due diligence on legal matters, manage disputes, and support commercial contracts and agreements. This role is instrumental in ensuring legal compliance, minimizing risk, and upholding the company's values in legal practices.Key Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive legal support across the MEET region.Conduct due diligence and address legal matters for development and acquisitions.Respond to disputes, grievances, and legal issues to mitigate risks.Draft and review contracts and agreements to ensure alignment with company policies.Assist with legal administration and documentation for project partnerships and financing.Stay updated on regulatory changes that may impact the business.Desired Candidate ProfileQualifications:A law degree from an accredited institution and a license to practice law.1-5 PQE years of experience in construction and transactional law within a transactional law firm.Strong analytical and contract drafting skills.This role is ideal for candidates with strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to ethical principles.
