Embedded Hardware Tech Lead (EDE TL) - Saudi ArabiaEE Department, Saudi ArabiaFull TimeNo of Position: 1Experience: 8+ YearsJob Description:Excellent technical abilities, leadership, decision making, strong communication skills, and adaptability to new technology.Project management and manage technical milestone delivery, supporting in product architecture.Take responsibility for the whole project.Understand project requirements and develop a design structure accordingly.Divide projects into subparts and assign the right person at each stage to enhance productivity.Conduct regular project reviews to achieve completion by the targeted date.Analyze circuit schematics and components used.Maintain high performance, optimized project files, and ensure the team follows the same standards.Learn and explain new technologies and solutions to teammates.Attend daily team meetings (Max. 5-10 mins).Conduct technical sessions for the team if needed.Support the team with any technical or other challenges they may face.Documentation: ISO, Process, Release Notes, Success Stories, Closure Documents, Change Request Documents, and ensure all ISO documents are filled properly.Ensure fair task assignments based on skills and personal preferences.Motivate and encourage teams to perform at their best, especially under pressure.Work with customers and sales team to understand requirements and technical trade-offs for viable product solutions.Understand technology concepts used on projects to challenge assumptions, estimates, approaches, and risks.Review tasks of every team member.Implement new processes for project execution.Communicate with HR for resource hiring.Conduct interviews of candidates.Resolve resource-related problems.Manage a team of 10-15 engineers.Schematic and layout review.Experience with Qualcomm, TI, NXP based processors, etc.Experience in power supply design: SMPS, DC/DC converters, LDOs.Knowledge of protocols including RS232, RS485, SPI, USB, CAN, ZigBee, Wi-Fi, BLE.Experience in RF, GPS, GSM, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, SD Card, camera, LCD, PCI interface.Experience with different 8, 16, and 32-bit microcontrollers and microprocessor design.Experience with DDR2, DDR3, LPDDR4, LPDDR5, UFS, eMMC, USB, and RF protocols.Strong leadership skills to manage a team.Experience in handling multiple projects for global/local customers.Good written and verbal communication skills.Escalate resource and project-related problems to management.Lead new projects and discuss with the sales team.
