Reservation of Appointment in Dubai Land Department Trustee Office, Ensuring compliance with Developer requirements to obtain NOC. The role also involves general admin for listings, Trakheesi permits and upkeep of Property Finder and Bayut. Requirements Proven experience as a Conveyancer in the Dubai real estate industry. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines In-depth knowledge of property conveyancing processes, legal documentation, and real estate transactions in Dubai.
