HVAC Supervisor (Forman)Smart Integrated Technical Services LLC DubaiSupervisor of HVAC (Forman) with experience working on various HVAC fit-out projects.Five to ten years of experience.Responsibilities:Submitting the daily reports to the supervisor.Communicating with supervisors in case of major breakdown or emergency tasks.Advising supervisor promptly of any problems.Carrying out repairs and maintenance works as directed and returning the completed jobs sheet to the TL/supervisor.Site SupervisorJ Walt Interiors and Contracting LLC DubaiWe undertake all kinds of civil & MEP maintenance works including partitioning, false ceiling, flooring, wall tiling, painting, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, etc.Responsibilities:Inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC, air quality control, and refrigeration equipment.Maintain and conduct daily inspections of the mechanical plant.Must have at least 2-3 years of UAE experience related to his field.Must have knowledge working in Facility Management and Residential management.The candidate must have at least 2 years experience as a HVAC engineer/site supervisor in the field of HVAC systems.The candidate must have a valid UAE driving license.Perform other job duties including but not limited to office and interior home maintenance or other property management functions as needed.Supervise the team and work independently.3 to 4 years Gulf experience required.Duct Cleaning Supervisor: 3 years (Required).5 to 6 years Gulf experience in HVAC Maintenance Supervisor.Advising supervisor promptly of any problems.Carrying out repairs and maintenance works as directed and returning the completed jobs sheet to the TL/supervisor.
