Job Description**:Junior Bartender for Mocktails**
Salary**:QAR 2,000 **plus FREE shared accommodation and transportation
**Position Overview**:We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Junior Bartender to join our team and contribute to the creation and delivery of exceptional mocktail experiences for our valued customers. As a Junior Bartender for Mocktails, you will play a crucial role in crafting unique and flavorful non-alcoholic beverages that delight our guests and elevate their dining experience.
**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare a diverse range of mocktails with precision and creativity, adhering to our established recipes and standards.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment and ingredients are readily available for efficient service.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and making recommendations based on their preferences.
- Collaborate with the senior bartenders and other team members to develop new mocktail recipes that align with current trends and customer preferences.
- Ensure the responsible service of alcohol-free beverages, being attentive to customers' needs and refraining from overconsumption.
- Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to customers, addressing any concerns, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, following established cash handling procedures.
- Assist in the stocking and replenishment of bar supplies, including beverages, garnishes, and glassware.
- Contribute to the overall cleanliness of the bar area, including regular cleaning of equipment, surfaces, and glassware.
- Assist in training new staff members and providing guidance on mocktail preparation techniques and customer interaction.
- Uphold hygiene and safety standards, following proper food and beverage handling procedures.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in a bartender or hospitality role is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Passion for mixology, creativity, and an eagerness to learn about new mocktail trends and techniques.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow recipes accurately.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks while maintaining quality.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and measuring ingredients.
- Knowledge of responsible alcohol service practices and the legal drinking age regulations in the area.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
**Salary**: From QAR2,000.00 per month
